For more than twenty years, I’ve served churches from the inside.
I’ve celebrated victories and navigated challenges in implementing and developing systems and programs that help mobilize congregations toward ministry involvement. I’ve learned firsthand that healthy ministry doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens when healthy leaders intentionally equip people for the work of ministry.
Over the years, I have supported churches of all sizes in cultivating healthier leaders, building stronger teams, creating more effective ministry involvement systems, and establishing clear pathways for volunteers to uncover and embrace their God-given calling.
Team Insights exists because I believe every Christian has a unique role to play in God’s Kingdom—and every church can take the next faithful step toward helping their people discover and live their God-given calling.
Whether we’re coaching leaders, facilitating team workshops, developing leadership pipelines, or strengthening ministry systems, my goal is always the same:
